Group Events and Custom Courses

The Jerusalem Culinary Institute, the only Glatt Mehadrin kosher cooking school in the world, provides professional training as well as classes for cooking enthusiasts or seasoned professionals who wish to perfect a particular skill. All of the following courses can be customized to include the cuisine of your choice.

Please note that we required at least two weeks advance notice in order to book any of these custom programs.

Culinary demonstration/Tasting (2 hours)

For groups of 10-25 participants. From 69 NIS/person depending on the choice of food.

Culinary demonstration followed by a meal (3 hours)

For groups of 10-25 participants. From 150 NIS/person depending on the menu.

Culinary workshop followed by dinner (4 hours)

For 6-10 participants. Prepare a starter, main course and dessert and enjoy your meal in our dining room. From 350 NIS/person depending on the menu.

Patisserie class followed by tea or coffee (4 hours)

For groups of 4-8 participants. Enjoy the patisserie that you made after class with tea or coffee served in our dining room. From 265 NIS/person.

Classes for children (3 hours)

For groups of 4-8 children. A wonderful way to celebrate a special day for little chefs. From 100 NIS/child.
