Our restaurant nights enable our students to gain experience in managing the daily operations of a restaurant in a slow and deliberate manner. The goal is to help them learn how to multi-task and work effectively during times of stress and pressure and to understand the necessity of teamwork. The students cultivate the menus, create recipes, assign cooking techniques, design the plates, and serve as waiters and dishwashers. Our restaurant nights are always fully booked by the general public and has steadily grown a reputation for quality food.
