5% of the total tuition is due with the submission of the application
25% of the total tuition is due upon receipt of the acceptance letter
25% of the total tuition is due before due May 1, 2011   
25% of the total tuition is due before due June 1, 2011   
20% of the total tuition is due before July 1, 2011

Equipment and Uniforms:

Payment for equipment fees including all required equipment, clothing and shoes  must be paid in full directly to the restaurant supply company in Jerusalem. Students will be taken there on the first day of class to try on their uniforms.
