The rapid growth in the Kosher Food industry requires a unique Culinary and Pastry instructional curriculum based on specialized courses and professionally trained personnel.
The Jerusalem Culinary Institute is the sole Kosher Cooking School of its kind which offers both full time and part time programs designed for those who wish to gain strong foundation skills either for a career in the food industry or to improve their home skills.
The Institute includes 3 “hands on“ Kitchen classrooms: 2 Meat Kitchens and 1 Dairy Kitchen (for a total capacity of 36 students) and a theory classroom for lectures, workshops, private events and demonstrations.
